Shipping

We ship using DTDC couriers and Indian post in areas where DTDC service is not available.

Shipping charges within Mumbai are Rs 60 per kg.

Shipping charges outside Mumbai are Rs 70 for up-to 500 grams and Rs 120 for up-to a kg.

We offer free shipping within Mumbai on orders value more than Rs 1000 and all over India on orders value more than Rs 2000. **

Your orders will be dispatched only after receiving the Full payment.

You will receive parcel within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

If your address is remote location then courier may take additional 1-2 days to deliver.

If your parcel is sent via surface shipping than it can take 8-10 working days to reach.

** Certain products do not qualify for free shipping, you will be informed on the same before processing your order.

Free shipping can not be combined with any other offer running in store at a particular time.

Returns n Refunds

As soon as you receive your parcel please confirm all items you have ordered.

For any complaint with regards to any products, you have to inform us within 3 days of receiving parcel via whats-app message on 8082839533 or email on a1craft2011@gmail.com

We will accept return in case you didn't get what you asked [such as different paper design]. In case we agree for return, we should receive the product back to us within a week of agreeing on the same.

And it will be replaced by similar item or any other item worth same amount in case of unavailability of that item.

There will be no cash refunds.

All shipping charges of sending back the items or receiving the new ones will have to be paid by customers.
